Description
The HERO Südtirol Dolomites in the Marathon category is one of the toughest mountain bike races in the world: 86 kilometers and 4,500 meters of elevation gain around the legendary Sella Massif, with start and finish in Selva di Val Gardena, in the heart of the UNESCO World Heritage Dolomites. It's not a race for those out of shape—it's a race for those who want to earn the title of hero.
The route covers the four Ladin valleys—Val Gardena, Alta Badia, Arabba, and Val di Fassa—crossing the Passo Gardena, Campolongo, Pordoi, and Duron Passes, reaching its highest point at 2,298 meters at Dantercepies. 70% of the course is on dirt roads and singletrack: prolonged climbs, technical descents, and ever-changing terrains, where legs contend with the mind. In winter, these same valleys are traversed on skis—in summer, they are tackled by pedaling with everything you've got.
The first edition dates back to 2010, with about 400 participants from 16 nations. Today, the HERO gathers over 4,000 entrants from every corner of the world—an army of mountain bikers united by the same obsession. Colombian Leonardo Paez has won the race an impressive 8 times, becoming the living symbol of this race. Whoever crosses the finish line doesn't just take home a race bib: they take home the right to call themselves a hero.

Care and cleaning
Heroroads are made from bio-based material and should be treated with the same care you would give to things you love. Avoid direct exposure to sunlight and keep them away from heat sources: the material should not exceed 70°C. For cleaning, a soft, dry cloth is sufficient—no solvents or aggressive products.

The keychain format comes with a strap, is small, lightweight, and can always be carried with you. Height up to 5 cm
The compact version, ideal for those with limited space or who wish to create an endless collection. Height up to 12 cm
Original
The classic Heroad size, the right balance between stage presence and detail. Height up to 30cm

1. Does the shape reflect the actual route?
Heroroads faithfully reproduce every single curve, hairpin, or false flat
Each model is designed using a precise and accurate 3D drawing based on a GPX track of your achievements
2. I can't find my climb and/or route, can I request it from you?
We can create any route or segment. By sending us the GPX file, you can view the rendering in 24 hours and receive the 3D print at home within a few days. Go to the dedicated section ->
3. Can I add a name, date, or dedication?
Yes. The HEROAD Custom can be further customized with text, a logo, or a beech wood base to make it even more unique.
4. What material are HEROAD made of?
HEROADs are made of PLA (Polylactic acid). PLA is a corn-derived material.
Protect from direct sunlight. Do not expose to temperatures above 80°C. To clean, use a soft cloth, avoiding direct sunlight and harsh detergents.
5. What sizes are available?
There are 4 sizes available:
Micro— The keychain size, up to 5 cm high
Pocket— The compact and collectible version, up to 12 cm high
Original— The right balance of stage presence, up to 30 cm high
Big— The display version, for events, awards, bike hotels, up to 60 cm high

6. How long does it take to receive a HEROAD?
It takes 3-4 days for Heroad deliveries in Italy and 7-10 days for international deliveries. This is because each Heroad is produced to order. If you are in a hurry to receive it, please let us know in the notes field during checkout.
